May 10, 20265/5, ca ne ressemble en rien à ce que j’ai pu goûter auparavant. c’est une adresse que j’ai voulu goûter depuis un très long moment et les attentes sont bel et bien au rendez-vous. je vous recommande pour une première la composition classique mais très très bonne avec pancetta, jambon de veau fumé et stracciatella avec son lot de crudités (roquette, poivrons grillés, tomates confites et oignons caramélisés). à faire et à refaire 😘🤌
