Delete your Haliago account

You can request deletion of your Haliago account and associated data directly in the app:

1. Open Haliago.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Account settings.
4. Select Delete account.
5. Confirm the deletion request.

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting support@haliago.com from the email address linked to your Haliago account.

When your account is deleted, Haliago deletes or anonymizes your account information, profile data, preferences, favorites, and personal identifiers. Some records may be retained temporarily where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or transaction integrity.
